Koenig AI Academy does not require an account to read any course or blog post. We do not ask for a name, email, or other identifier before you can access the content.

Career Compass uses a signed-in account to keep CVs, reports, interviews, learning activity, and deletion controls private. During the account-first migration, an analysis may begin before sign-in, but its result is not displayed until the report is claimed by one account.

We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser localStorage entries to remember your reading position, your last-visited course, and similar UX-only state. None of this information is sent to us; it stays on your device.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics for explicit product and performance events. PostHog autocapture, automatic URL capture, and session replay are disabled. Career events use reviewed property allowlists and do not include CV text, job text, filenames, email addresses, interview transcripts, audio metadata, or private report links.

We also use Meta conversion events to measure completed registration and successful activation. These events do not contain CV or job content. Analytics providers are disabled when their configuration is absent, and the service continues to function.

Audio, slide decks, mind maps, flashcards, and infographics referenced from chapters are served from Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare may log standard request-level metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for abuse prevention. Embedded slide previews are loaded through Microsoft Office Online's viewer; their privacy notice applies to that interaction.

You can delete an individual Career Compass report from its private page and can request full account deletion. Deletion jobs retry storage cleanup and are processed at least hourly; interview audio deletion requests are completed within 24 hours. You may also email hello@koenig-solutions.com for access, correction, or deletion support.

Career Compass is opt-in: nothing here applies unless you upload a CV at /career. When you do, your CV and job information are sent to configured AI providers for analysis under their API data terms. Files and generated artifacts are encrypted at rest in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Private reports require Clerk account ownership; another account receives the same not-found response as an invalid link. Only the deliberately redacted readiness card at /career/c/... can be made public by an explicit share action. CVs, reports, and consented interview audio are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Signed media access is short-lived. Deletion removes related private objects, contact records, certificate records, and subscriber references through a retryable workflow.

We update this page when our practices change in a meaningful way. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
